Class Library!

As a class, we came up with five rules for our classroom library.

Students have signed their page to show that they are ready to follow the rules. Parents are also asked to sign.

Once students have handed in their signed page, they may start borrowing books from the Classroom Library.

Happy Reading!

Scholastics!

As we know, reading every day is the best way for children to become independent readers. Scholastic Reading Club makes it easy to find the right books.

What to do:

1) Browse the print flyers (sent home today) or the online shop at scholastic.ca/readingclub

2) When you checkout, use the class code: RC216987

When the class code is used, our class earns rewards which can be spent on new books for the class.

3) Orders can be placed online whenever you want and are delivered straight to your home.

4) Enjoy!

Photo Day! (CANCELLED)

What's in a Name?

On Friday, students should be prepared to tell the class the story of their name!

Remember students: it could be how you got your name, what your name means, or who you are named for.

You could talk about your first name, your middle name or your last name.
